أكد أحمد حمدي لاعب الأهلي السابق والزمالك الحالي، أنه يتمنى اللحاق بمباراة السوبر الإفريقي بين القطبين، بعد تعافيه من إصابته.

ويعاني حمدي من إصابة بقطع في الرباط الصليبي تعرض لها خلال مواجهة نهضة بركان المغربي في إياب نهائي الكونفدرالية.

وقال حمدي في تصريحات تلفزيونية بفضائية “أون سبورتس 2”: “كل فريق يريد أن يحرز اللقب وأتمنى أن تكون البطولة من نصيبنا وأتمنى أن أكون حاضرًا، ستكون بطولة بطعم خاص لأنها بين القطبين”.

وأضاف: “انضمامي للزمالك جاء بعد انتهاء تعاقدي مع مونتريال الكندي، وخلال قضاء فترة إجازتي التي كنت أقضيها في القاهرة تحدث معي حسين لبيب وحسين السيد، ومنذ اليوم الأول كنت أرغب في التواجد داخل أروقة القلعة البيضاء”.

وكشف: “تحدثت مع عائلتي عن أنني لم أحقق شيئًا كبيرًا في مصر وسأحقق ذلك مع الزمالك”.

وتابع: “عندما كنت لاعبًا في الأهلي بعمر الـ 17 عامًا لعبت مع جوزيه بيسيرو، واستقبلت عرضًا من سبورتنج براجا البرتغالي ولكن الأهلي لم يوافق، ثم طلب أودينزي الإيطالي ضمي بعد فترة معايشة لمدة اسبوع، ولكن حسام البدري المدير الفني حينذاك ومحمود طاهر رئيس النادي، رفضا احترافي لرؤويتهما أنني لاعب واعد”.

واستكمل: “محمد عبد المنعم أول لاعب أتى لمنزلي بعد إصابتي للإطمئنان علي بعد إصابتي، هو شخصية محترمة ولاعب مميز واتمنى له التوفيق، ومصطفى شوبير ومحمد مجدي افشة ومحمد هاني تواصلوا معي”.

وتطرق للحديث عن اختياره رقم 5: “انضممت للنادي الملكي وأحب زين الدين زيدان لذلك قررت أن أرتدي رقم 5 في الزمالك رغم أنني أشجع برشلونة”.

وواصل: “أنا وناصر ماهر أصدقاء ولعبت معه عدد مباريات لا حصر لها في الأهلي، ولعبت مع عبد الله السعيد في الأهلي وكنت أشعر أنني سأكون إضافة للزمالك”.

وأردف: “لا خلاف على عبد الله السعيد فنيًا، هو من أذكى اللاعبين في مصر، عقلية قوية جدًا، ويركز دائمًا في الملعب، طريقة لعبه تتغير من سنة لأخرى ويحافظ على نفسه، لاعب هائل جدًا منذ أن كان في بيراميدز والأهلي وحاليًا في الزمالك”.

واستطرد: “أثناء تواجدي في النادي الأهلي كانوا يريدون عمل صفقة تبادلية مع بيراميدز ولكن أنا رفضت، لأنني كنت أريد الخروج للاحتراف”.

هل تتوقع عودة رمضان صبحي للأهلي أم انتقاله للزمالك؟ أتم قائلاً: “هو لاعب هائل ومستقبله هو من يحدده، وهو إضافة لأي نادي يكون متواجد فيه، أتمنى أن تمر أزمته على خير ويعود للعب بشكل طبيعي”.

Leeds United could welcome back three players from injury for this weekend’s trip to Millwall, according to The Yorkshire Evening Post.

What’s the latest Leeds injury news?

The Whites and Daniel Farke have had a number of injury issues already this season.

Stuart Dallas has remained sidelined as has Junior Firpo, with the pair yet to feature at all under the new Leeds manager. Forwards Patrick Bamford and Mateo Joseph were injured in pre-season and haven’t featured since, whereas captain Liam Cooper sustained a foot problem on the opening weekend after scoring against Cardiff City.

New signing Sam Byram had an adductor issue in the club’s only Championship win against Ipswich Town and wingers Dan James and Ian Poveda have also been injured in recent weeks.

However, it looks as if Farke and Leeds are set for a much-needed boost heading to The Den on Sunday lunchtime as domestic action returns.

According to The Yorkshire Evening Post’s Joe Donnohue, James has a chance of featuring against Millwall following an adductor injury.

“Wales international James has a chance of making this weekend's matchday squad against Millwall after picking up an adductor strain last month. Wales boss Rob Page described the issue as a 'three-week injury' prior to September's international break, therefore his comeback is imminent.”

The next was Joseph, who ‘will be considered’ this weekend after spraining his ankle.

“England youth international Mateo Joseph is highly-rated by Whites boss Farke but missed the first month of the new campaign with an ankle sprain. He's back in training now, though, and will be considered for Sunday's game against Millwall.”

Finally, Poveda also appears to be on course for potential selection from the bench this weekend.

“Another who could be back for this weekend's fixture is Ian Poveda, who made a splash during pre-season, featuring unexpectedly under Farke after two seasons out on loan. The winger's return from injury supplements Leeds' wide options, most likely as an impact sub.”

Leeds’ next five fixtures…

The Whites have struggled to get that winning feeling back at Elland Road after relegation from the Premier League last season, winning just one of their opening five second-tier fixtures.

Three home draws and one away defeat alongside the win at Portman Road leaves Farke’s side with work to do over the coming weeks to climb the table.

First up is a trip to Millwall on Sunday, which is followed by another away game against Hull City on Wednesday evening. A return to Elland Road against Watford follows on Saturday 23 September, with Leeds ending September with a trip to Southampton on Saturday 30 September.

October begins with a home clash against Queens Park Rangers, and by then, Leeds and Farke will be hoping to be higher than their current 15th-place position.

The hope will be that more players can return from injury over the coming weeks alongside James, Joseph and Poveda, and having a fully fit squad for large parts of the campaign will only help the club’s chances of returning to the top flight at the first time of asking.

أوضح الاتحاد الآسيوي لكرة القدم اليوم الأربعاء، تصنيف المنتخبات الـ18 المتأهلة إلى الدور الثالث الحاسم من تصفيات كأس العالم 2026، والتي ستقام في ثلاث مجموعات.

ومن المقرر أن تنطلق مباريات الدور الثالث الحاسم يوم الخميس 5 سبتمبر 2024.

وسيتم تقسيم الـ 18 منتخبًا على 3 مجموعات، كل مجموعة بها 6 فرق، صاحبا المركز الأول والثاني سيتأهلان مُباشرة لكأس العالم 2026.

بينما أصحاب المركزين الثالث والرابع من كل مجموعة، سيتم تقسيمها إلى مجموعتين، ويتأهل متصدر كل مجموعة للموديال مُباشرة.

وستقام مواجهة أخيرة بين وصيف المجموعتين، الفائز منها سيتأهل إلى الملحق العالمي، ليكتمل نصاب قارة آسيا في كأس العالم.

Are Tottenham signing a striker?

Tottenham could be in the market for a new striker in January, following the departure of Harry Kane in the summer, and they have been named as potential suitors for Ivan Toney, with Brentford resigned to losing the forward, who they value at £80m.

However, if Spurs are unwilling to match that huge asking price, there are other targets in mind, with it being revealed that scouts are "convinced" the club should have signed Gent's Gift Orban in the summer, which indicates they could renew their interest.

Postecoglou may also end up keeping the faith in Richarlison in attack, with the Brazilian breaking his duck and scoring the crucial equalising goal against Sheffield United yesterday afternoon, after failing to score in his previous four Premier League games.

Richarlison will need to continue his current trajectory if he is to keep his place in the side after the January transfer window, especially considering Postecoglou is now looking at new attacking options, namely Celtic forward Daizen Maeda.

According to a report from TEAMtalk, Tottenham are now keeping close tabs on Maeda, with Postecoglou mulling over a reunion with his former player, who he spent time working with during his time at Celtic Park.

The 25-year-old's versatility is attractive to Postecoglou, as he is capable of playing on both sides, as well as through the middle, having featured at centre-forward on 66 occasions throughout his career up to this point.

The Japan international has caught the eye due to his "relentless engine and willingness to press", with Spurs now exploring the conditions of a move, and it is believed that Celtic would be looking to hold out for a minimum of £25m to sanction his departure.

How good is Daizen Maeda?

Shaun Ontong, who was a part of Postecoglou's coaching staff at Yokohama F. Marinos has lauded the Japanese winger for his engine, telling KEEPUP:

"It’s not just his speed but what impresses me so much physically with Daizen is his ability to repeat speeds, repeat sprints. A lot of quick players can make one quick burst and then they need time to recover and go again. His ability to do that and do it again, again and even in the 80th, 90th minute he is still doing it. It’s just incredible."

Considering Postecoglou's sides are known for pressing aggressively, the Celtic star could be a perfect fit at Tottenham, and he is also very much capable of finding the back of the net, scoring eight goals in 31 Scottish Premiership games last term.

During the 2021 J1 League season, the former Yokohama F. Marinos man weighed in with 23 goals in 36 appearances, indicating he could also be deployed as a striker.

Maeda is clearly an extremely versatile player, but it would be a risk to bring him to north London for a fee of over £25m, considering he is yet to prove himself in a major European league.

Leeds United manager Daniel Farke has been full of praise for one of his rising stars at Thorp Arch, following some stellar performances in training this week.

Will Leeds be promoted back to the Premier League?

The Whites suffered the disappointment of being relegated from the Premier League to the Championship last season, having spent three years back in the top flight. The hope was that Leeds would make a quick return to the promised land, however, and they went into the new campaign as one of the favourites to earn automatic promotion. So far, it certainly hasn't been a perfect start for Farke's side, winning only three of their first eight league matches, but they have bounced back into form in tremendous fashion recently.

There have been clear improvements on show under the new boss, having won two of their last three matches 3-0, and victory away to Southampton on Saturday lunchtime would be another step in the right direction.

It is still too early to tell just how good Leeds' chances are of being promoted, but it would have to be considered a huge disappointment if they weren't at least in the playoffs come the end of the season. For that to happen, everyone in the squad will have to do their bit, and one somewhat forgotten young player appears to be impressing at the moment.

Which Leeds players has excelled in training?

Speaking on Thursday during his press conference [via the club's official website], Farke had plenty of good things to say about Leeds youngster Mateo Joseph, lauding his efforts in training despite the teenager being yet to get his chance this term:

"Pretty impressed in pre-season. Behind closed doors against Barnsley, and other friendlies. Sadly he had this injury. It is never easy for a young player if you miss two months. You need a bit longer.

"It is not easy for him, to just give game time. In training, he looks really sharp. We are thinking about game time with the 21’s. Happy he is available. In the long term of this club, he’ll play an important role."

It is very encouraging to hear Joseph receiving such positive reviews from his manager, with the 19-year-old a talented player who could play a key role this season. While he may not be a nailed-on starter by any means – he is yet to play a single minute of action so far this season – the fact that he is knuckling down in training and making his presence felt can only be a good thing.

Leeds coach Michael Skubala is another who has waxed lyrical about Joseph in the past, saying of him: “I think Mateo was fantastic tonight. He’s come in and out a little bit but he’s been training like a warrior and you can see that in his game. I think sometimes you can talk about some other players but Mateo is very humble and very quiet in a way but he’s really working hard, he’s got that energy and desire and we saw that in his goals and his finishing. He’s a threat for any defence."

It seemsa clear that Joseph is a well-liked and highly-rated player among the coaching staff, and if he can replicate his training form to the pitch, there is no reason why he can't force his way into Farke's plans.

وبهذا الفوز، صعد النادي الأهلي، إلى المركز الثالث في جدول ترتيب الدوري المصري الممتاز، برصيد 39 نقطة من 17 مباراة، وله 9 مؤجلات.
