Entre os primeiros nomes confirmados para integrar a equipe estão figuras de destaque na modalidade, como Felipe Mestre, que já defendeu o Timão em formato de parceria, Bruninho Futefacil e Ghalbim. Além destes nomes, o projeto contará com a participação do criador de conteúdo Afonso Games, renomado Youtuber, que passará a produzir conteúdos exclusivos para as plataformas oficiais do clube.

Outro ponto inovador do projeto será a sede do Corinthians E-Football que ficará dentro do CT Joaquim Grava, local onde, hoje, treinam apenas as estrelas do futebol profissional. A ideia é aproximar as modalidades e fazer com que espaço funcione também como um ponto de interação entre as duas modalidades.

Para que um gigante como o Corinthians entrasse de cabeça no mercado da bola virtual, o Alvinegro contou com a parceria da TTB Branded Content, agência que atua no desenvolvimento do mercado de games no Brasil especializada em futebol virtual.

– O Corinthians não é o primeiro time a criar uma equipe de futebol virtual, mas, garanto, com toda certeza, que é a primeira a fazer de maneira mais profissionalizada e com foco na franquia desenvolvida pela Konami, que é um dos patrocinadores do clube. Leeds United have lost a number of their key players this summer but haven't been as active in the transfer market as expected, however, a new update has now emerged on the club's pursuit of a target.

What's the latest Leeds transfer news?

According to Yorkshire Evening Post's Graham Smyth, Leeds remain interested in signing Rangers midfielder Glen Kamara this summer.

As per the report, Smyth claims that the Whites are yet again exploring the possibility of snapping up the services of Kamara, which has been prompted by Bournemouth's trigger of Tyler Adams' release clause.

The future of Adams has been a huge talking point over the last week with Chelsea initially triggering the USMNT star's £20m buy-out clause, but backing out of the deal when their opportunity to snap up the services of Moises Caicedo was put into doubt due to a record-breaking bid from Liverpool.

Now it has been revealed by Italian journalist and transfer insider Fabrizio Romano that the Cherries have triggered the release clause instead.

It still remains to be seen whether Adams will agree personal terms and if he will pass his medical with the south coast side, however, it is looking more and more likely that he will depart to return to the Premier League without Leeds.

How good is Glen Kamara?

As a result, the opportunity to sign Kamara could not come at a better time for Daniel Farke, as the German coach will have a huge role to fill in the centre of the pitch for the Championship campaign ahead.

Over 22 Scottish Premiership appearances last season, the 27-year-old scored one goal and tallied up an 89% pass completion rate, as well as averaging one key pass and winning 2.2 duels per game, as per SofaScore.

Not only that, Kamara has been an incredible presence in Finland's Euros qualifiers recently where he was a huge contributor in both meetings with San Marino and Slovenia this summer.

Over two appearances, the Gers gem scored once, successfully completed 75% of his dribble attempts and tallied up an 88% pass completion, proving that he is a huge presence both on the domestic and international stage.

The Finland international has been the recipient of high praise over his career so far, with Dundee coach Neil McCann waxing lyrical about Kamara's strengths in an interview with The Athletic:

"He’s a special talent. He makes things look easy and sometimes the easy thing is not as simple as it looks.

"He’s lightning-quick, but he doesn’t show it. He’s a player who takes instruction well. Look at how he plays with Finland and there is clearly a different dynamic as he plays more like a No 8 where he can go forward and burst towards the box, whereas at Rangers he is playing a different style."

With that being said, it would be a no-brainer for Leeds to snap up the services of Kamara – who has a reported £5m price tag – as he could definitely ease the blow of losing Adams and provide Farke with an experienced midfielder to deploy in the middle third.

Cricket South Africa’s board may ask for an independent inquiry into the T20 Global League organisation if reports produced by the two ongoing investigations indicate an outside voice is needed.Last month, CSA announced a “broad-scope” investigation into the processes that led to the postponement of the tournament, but despite the South African Cricketers’ Association (SACA) and the franchises lobbying for an overall independent examination, CSA opted to keep the matter in-house. Acting CEO Thabang Moroe said they would look beyond the office walls if forced to.”What is happening at the moment is an internal audit process. We’ve got two independent companies that are also looking into our affairs from a governance point of view. As far as the inquiry is concerned, once all these three reports, which are independent, are put in front of the board, the board will have a look at what they say. If the reports point to the board having to hold an independent inquiry, then the board will surely make that decision,” Moroe said, at the launch of the RAM SLAM in Johannesburg.Though Moroe was at pains to point out that the companies involved – an auditing firm and a law firm – are independent, CSA retains the oversight role and it is the board who will decide what course of action to take when the investigations are concluded. Conversely, if the investigation was conducted entirely independently, there would be an appointed person, likely a retired judge, who would oversee the inquiry, study the reports and then make recommendations.SACA and the franchises are two important stakeholders who have put pressure on CSA to have an independent investigation and with growing mistrust of the organisation, Moroe attempted to provide an assurance that the board would follow-suit.”The board obviously has to make the right decision in order to give confidence, not only to you guys as the media but to the entire cricketing community,” Moroe said.Reports from the current investigations are expected by mid-November or, “at the very latest, we are looking at the end of November,” Moroe said. ويلتقي الأهلي مع الترجي، على ملعب الأخير، مساء السبت المقبل 18 مايو، في إطار مواجهة الذهاب لنهائي بطولة دوري أبطال إفريقيا للموسم الحالي 2024.
